New Patient Registration

We are currently not accepting any new patients

to find a new GP practice please see NHS choices website

registration If you live within the practice area and wish to register please bring your medical card or photo ID to the surgery. please ask for a registration form from our reception.

Please be prepared to provide evidence of your address when registering e.g., utility bill, tenancy agreement.

Patients registered at the Wellspring Surgery can see any of the doctors practising here.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

 

Interpreters

As from 1st September anyone who requires help with language during appointments will need to have a pre booked official interpreter present, or for on the day emergency appointments language line input.

family and friends will no longer be allowed to interpret in consultation
